My original interest in healing and health came from living next door to my grandmother who encouraged me to connect to my hands and the healing potential. I trained in Martial Arts and have devoted more than 25 years of my life studying Qigong.
Qigong originates from China and combines movement and breath to connect you to your internal energy system. Qigong is a powerful method to maintain health and vitality. This workshop will provide you with a foundation of movements to use in your own practice.
